Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
This very pleasant middle-aged woman had a large weight loss, and, even though she was very happy to lose the weight, she was unhappy with the subsequent appearance of her breasts and abdomen.
She underwent a standard abdominoplasty along with a vertical mastopexy with fat grafting to the upper and cleavage parts of her breasts. No breast implant was used in this case.
The result seen here is early in the postoperative course, which explains the redness of her scar. However, the changes in breast position, breast fullness and abdominal contour seen here explains why this particular patient so pleased with her decision to have surgery.
