- Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting
This healthy 28-year-old woman was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look.
She had breast implant surgery using 405 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and thighs to both breasts.
A breast augmentation with the added fat grafting is referred to as a "Composite Augmentation".
The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller size she was searching for and she is super happy with her results.
