Procedures Performed
  • Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting

This healthy 41-year-old mother was happy with the size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look while staying proportionate to her body, natural, and not too big.

A breast augmentation with the addition of fat grafting is referred to as a "Composite Augmentation".

She had breast implant surgery using 335 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.

The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller and natural looking size she was looking for and she is very happy with her results.
