Procedures Performed
  • Breast Augmentation
  • Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting

This healthy 22-year-old woman was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look.

A breast augmentation with the added fat grafting is referred to as a "Composite Augmentation".

She had breast implant surgery using 365 gram and 385 gram silicone implants (to balance pre-operative asymmetry), placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and thighs to both breasts.

The result seen here just a few short months after surgery show the larger, fuller look and size she was looking for, and her lower fullness will continue to improve in the coming months as the implants will continue to descend into the pockets.  She is happy and looking great!
