This healthy 37-year-old woman was unhappy with both the size and difference in shape of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look.
She had breast implant surgery using 335 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
To help with improved symmetry she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.
The result seen here is photographed in 2 stages:

This is an amazing result showing how well her procedure has held for her over the years and how her implants have settled into the pocket! And the best part... she is very happy after all these years!
