This 53-year-old mother was unhappy with how the wrinkles and excess fat under her eyes was creating deep creases in the tear troughs. A tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. It can cast a shadow below your eyes, resulting in a tired appearance.
She underwent lower lid blepharoplasty surgery (eyelid lift) while doing it all without leaving a visible scar.
She was pleased with the almost immediate results with this procedure! It's been just 3 months after her surgery and, as you can see in the photos, the subtle but effective changes to her lower eyelids make them flatter through the tear troughs with less wrinkling making the tired appearance virtually disappear.
