This 28-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.
During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice.
The implants (405 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.
The photos seen here just over 3 months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward. The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time. The ultimate result is that she is so, so pleased!
