Procedures Performed
  • Breast Revision / Implant Removal

This 55-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts causing superior implant malposition after having previous breast augmentation surgery many years ago.

At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had breast implant revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture.  In addition, she wanted smaller implants as compared to her original.  So, her 280 gram implants were replaced with 240 gram silicone implants.  Plus, to help with the laxity and sagging appearance she would have after downsizing her implants she also had a mastopexy (breast lift).

The result seen here after her revision surgery demonstrates that the shape of her breasts is greatly improved.  And the most important part is that she is very happy with her transformation!
