Procedures Performed
  • Breast Fat Grafting (No Implant)
  • Breast Revision / Implant Removal

This 42-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and volume deficit after having breast reconstruction with implants.  Her areas of concerns were those with a lack of fullness on one side compared to the other and some areas of denting and depressions.

Fat Grafting is the process of liposuctioning fat from an area of the body and transferring it to the area of need.  This helps to improve volume and shape even when an implant is in place.

In her case, fat was taken from her abdomen and flanks then added to her breasts to build up volume and fill in spots to give the more balanced appearance she was looking for, which she is now very happy with.
