This healthy 33-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. She also was unhappy with her old C-Section scar and the bulging look of her abdomen which she felt made her look pregnant.
She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which included a standard abdominoplasty along with breast implant surgery using 295 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.
For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and thighs to both breasts.
The result seen here is early in the postoperative course and the redness of her scars will fade with time. However, she is very pleased with the changes in breast position, breast fullness and abdominal contour!
