This 46-year-old mother was unhappy with the excessive fat and loose skin of her abdomen she was left with after having her children. 

She had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which included liposuction of the flanks, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.
