Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 666

This 41-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 350 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here were taken just under 3 months her after surgery and show the improved, fuller look and size she was looking for.
