Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 358

This 43-year-old mother had previous Breast Reduction surgery many years ago with a different surgeon.  She visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the size, asymmetry and deflated appearance of her breasts after having her previous surgery and was wanting a larger and fuller look. 

She underwent Breast Implant Augmentation surgery.  The implants (450 gram and 415 gram silicone gel, different sizes to correct the pre-operative asymmetry) which were placed through an incision at the inframammary fold gave her the size, symmetry and volume she was looking for.

She is still very pleased after all this time!  Her incredible results show how well her procedure has held for her after 4 years and how the implants have settled nicely into their pockets.
