Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 387

This healthy 32-year-old mother was unhappy with the small size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery (using 345 gram and 365 gram silicone implants for pre-operative asymmetry) placed in a pocket below the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

It's been just less than 3 short months after her surgery and she is already incredibly happy with her resulting size and shape that you see here in the photos!  Her implants have begun to settle into the pockets very nicely and will continue to do so over time.  The redness of her scars will also fade as time goes on and become virtually invisible within her infra-mammary fold.
