Introducing Ashley Hendricks, our new Patient Care Coordinator at TCSC. With her background in human rights advocacy, her gentle, kindness-infused energy, and her thoughtful insight, Ashley is the perfect fit for our TCSC team.
What is one thing you wish all patients knew?
I wish all our patients knew that they should never be embarrassed to ask us any question or voice any concerns about how they look or feel. We are all professionals at TCSC and are rooting for you to feel and look good at every step of the process. I’d also encourage patients not to focus on other surgical patients’ results, as everyone looks and heals differently post-surgery. Your journey is personal.
What excites you most about your work?
What really excites me about working at TCSC is helping the patients; it is a wonderful experience to be walking alongside them on their cosmetic journey.
What kind of roles did you hold in the past?
Prior to working at TCSC, I worked in the non-profit sector working with victims of human trafficking. It was an incredibly humbling experience working with these brave and courageous individuals.
What do you love about TCSC?
I love the staff here at TCSC, because everyone is so kind and compassionate. It is truly a family atmosphere here. It is also incredibly rewarding working with the patients, especially those who have thought of making a change for many years and are finally doing something for themselves. The joy and happiness they feel once they see their surgical results makes me love my job.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at the clinic? Any hobbies?
In my spare time I enjoy running and hiking with my husky/poodle mix Bo, and spending time with family and friends, especially my two nephews.
