Case Details
This 33-year-old woman achieved a 100 pound weight loss through diet and exercise. This resulted in excess skin in several areas of her body. She had several body contouring procedures with us at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic.
This case shows the brachioplasty she underwent. The excess skin and fat was removed. The scar was placed in the position where it would be the least noticeable with natural and normal arm movement. The scar, while initially red, gradually fades to a smooth, pale line.
