This 56-year-old woman was unhappy with the contour of her upper arms as a result of the excess skin laxity and fat in those areas.
She underwent a brachioplasty which is a surgical procedure that removes the excess skin and fat from the upper arms. The scar was placed in the position where it would be the least noticeable with natural and normal arm movement.
It's now over a year since her surgery and she is very happy with her results! As you can see in the photos, the scar gradually fades to a smooth, pale line.
