This 45-year-old woman was unhappy with the bulging appearance caused by excess skin and fat on her abdomen along with the tethered appearance of her old c-section scar which created some overhang.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery to help with a flatter appearance and improved contour.  It was also decided that since she did not have the extent of loose skin and fat that some patients may have that a "Mini" tummy tuck approach would be a great option which is done without the need to relocate the belly button.

She is very happy with her new look and feel!  The photos seen here 3 months after surgery show a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  Although still deep in colour at this early stage, the redness of her scar will fade over time.
