Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 580

This 49-year-old mother had a successful journey with weight loss.  Although she was very happy to lose the weight, she was unhappy with the subsequent appearance of her breasts and abdomen.  So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo to explore the options available to her.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Fat Grafting.

Implants were not something she was personally looking for, so she underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) along with Fat Grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.

The photos seen here just over 4 months after surgery show a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  Her breast shape and nipple position are greatly improved. 

While her scars still have redness to them, it is only 4 months out from the day she had surgery so they will continue to fade over time.
