This 39-year-old mother was unhappy with the resulting changes and lack of fullness to her breasts post-pregnancy and wanted a larger, fuller look.  She also was unhappy with her abdominal contour, bulging appearance, and excessive skin and stretch marks she was left with after having her children.

She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which included an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat; plus "Composite Augmentation" surgery which is a breast augmentation with the addition of fat grafting. 

The breast implant surgery done using 450 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket under the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.  For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

The result seen here is 10 months after surgery giving her a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core along with the larger, fuller size of her breasts she was looking for.  The new scar of her tummy tuck has begun to lose redness at this early stage but will continue to fade over time. And, the redness of her breast surgery scars has almost completely disappeared and is nicely hidden in her infra-mammary folds
