Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 648

This 42-year-old mother was unhappy with her old C-Section scar and the excess fat and skin of her abdomen along with the large size and sagging appearance of her breasts.  So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo to explore the options available to her.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Fat Grafting.

The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) included some liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

Implants were not something she was personally looking for, so she underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) along with Fat Grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat back to both breasts to help with improved fullness where needed.

It has been 5 years since her surgery and she is so very happy with how well her results have held!  The result seen here photographed 5 years after surgery shows how her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved and her scars have virtually disappeared, and how her tummy tuck has given her a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core.
