This 33-year-old mother was unhappy with the lack of fullness of her breasts and with the excess skin and fat on her abdomen due to changes after having her children.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Fat Grafting to both breasts.

Since she did not want much of a change in the way that an implant would do, she decided on Fat Grafting to build up the fullness of her breasts.  Fat Grafting is the process of liposuctioning fat from an area of the body and transferring it to the area of need.  This helps to improve volume and shape all without the need of an implant.  In her case, fat was taken from her flanks and abdomen, then added to her breasts (235cc to each side) to build up volume and upper pole fullness to give the appearance she was looking for without seeming overly large.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here 3 months after surgery show a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  Her breast shape and fullness are greatly improved. 

While her scars still have redness to them, it is only 3 months out from the day she had surgery so they will continue to fade over time.
