This 60-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the large size and sagging appearance of her breasts along with the excess skin and fat on her abdomen plus the laxity of her abdominal muscle wall.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Reduction plus liposuction of each breasts and lateral chest wall on both sides.

The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her breasts and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position on the chest wall and reposition both nipples.  And, she had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which included liposuction of the flanks and mons pubis, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

She is so happy with her amazing transformation and tells us that she has noticed such a difference in the strength of her abdominal muscles!

Many people worry about the nature of the scars and healing for Fleur-de-Lys abdominoplasty surgery.  As you can see in her "after" photos just 4 short months later, the scars have healed nicely and the redness is continuing to fade.  Her scars are of no concern whatsoever especially when compared to the incredible amount of skin reduction and body contouring that has been achieved.  The results also show a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core and her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved.
