This 46-year-old woman was unhappy with excessive fat and skin on her abdomen along with the laxity of her abdominal wall after having her children many years ago.

She had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which included liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.
