This 44-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was unhappy with the excess fat and skin of her abdomen.

During her consultation, she decided on abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery.  

The Fleur-de-Lys abdominoplasty was performed to remove skin and fat from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions.

Many people worry about the nature of the scars and healing for Fleur-de-Lys abdominoplasty surgery.  As you can see in her "before and after" photos 3 months later, the scars have healed nicely.  And while there is still redness to them (which will continue to fade over time), her scars are of no concern whatsoever especially when compared to the incredible amount of skin reduction and body contouring that has been achieved.
