This 61-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was unhappy with the "saggy" appearance of the excess fat and skin of her abdomen and that she was always bothered with the look of her appendectomy scar which she has had since she was a child.

During her consultation, she decided on abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery.  

The abdominoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin, fat, and old scar and to tighten the abdominal muscles.  Liposuction was also done to her abdomen and flanks to help with improved contour. 

Her before and after photos seen here show her results just 2.5 short months after her surgery, giving her a much flatter and tighter appearing tummy and core.  There is still some redness of her scar which will continue to fade over time.
