Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 16

This 59-year-old woman was unhappy with the lack of fullness and sagging appearance of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

She is happy with her results!

The implants (401cc silicone gel) gave her the desired size and the breast lift, done with a periareolar approach (PA), tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here taken only 6 months after her surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The scars on her breasts have healed nicely and faded to a pale line.
