Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 185

This healthy 43-year-old mother was unhappy with the subsequent appearance of her breasts and abdomen after having children.

She underwent a "Mommy Makeover" which included a standard abdominoplasty along with a vertical mastopexy with 295 gram slilicone implants.

The result seen here is early in the postoperative course and the redness of her scars will fade with time. However, she is very pleased with the changes in breast position, breast fullness and abdominal contour seen here.
