Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 261

This 50-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, larger breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position. 

She had breast implants as well as a breast lift.  The implants (520 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position, and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here after surgery shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring has already faded nicely and will continue to fade over time.  The best part is a very happy patient!
