Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 335

This 33-year-old mother was unhappy with the laxity and deflated appearance of her breasts and was wanting a larger, fuller and perkier look. 

She underwent breast implant augmentation surgery as well as a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (435g silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipple is in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

Her incredible results show how well her procedure has held for her over the years, how her implants have settled into the pocket with the nipples facing forward, and her scars are virtually invisible with no redness!  She is still very pleased after all this time!
