Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 382

This 28-year-old mother was unhappy with the size, lack of fullness and sagging appearance of her breasts and was looking to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts. 

She had breast implants surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift).  The implants (345 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is super happy!  The results seen here just 3 months after surgery shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
