Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 447

This 45-year-old woman who achieved successful weight loss through gastric bypass surgery was left with excessive skin, enlarged areolae and very little volume in her breasts.

We performed breast augmentation surgery using round, full projecting 485cc silicone gel implants placed in a pocket under the muscle through a short incision in the inframammary fold.  In addition to the augmentation, she also had a mastopexy (breast lift) to help tighten the skin and lift the nipple into a better position.

It has only been 4 months since her surgery and she is very happy with her results!

The implants gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.
