Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 497

This 34-year-old mother came to The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo looking for a larger, fuller look as she was unhappy with the sagging appearance and asymmetry of her breasts. 

During her consultation, she also expressed her concern of whether having an augmentation would still look uneven in the end.

She had breast augmentation surgery for the increase in size as well as a breast lift (mastopexy, peri-areolar approach) on only her right side which tightened her skin so that her nipple is in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed to help closely match her left side.

She is so happy with her results that she told us that the implants feel like her own breasts!  The photos seen here just 8 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.
