Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 553

This 35-year-old mother was unhappy with the size, lack of fullness, asymmetry and shape of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast augmentation surgery as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (295 gram silicone gel) gave her the desired size, the fat grafting helped with extra fullness, and the periareolar approach (PA) breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is pleased with her transformation!  The photos seen here 4 months after her surgery show a more balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.
