Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 628

This 44-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance and overall changes to her breasts after her successful journey with weight loss and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast implants as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (325 gram silicone gel) gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
