Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 758

This 34-year-old woman was unhappy with the small size of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, larger breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.  During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

The implants (325 gram silicone gel) which were placed under the muscle gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is very happy with her results and tells us that she had an easy recovery!  The results seen here just 3 months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
