Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 770

This 40-year-old mother was unhappy with the sagging appearance, lack of size and fullness, and overall changes to her breasts after having children and wanted to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position to correct their asymmetry. 

She had breast implants as well as a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (350 gram silicone gel), which were placed in a pocket above the muscle, gave her the size and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is happy with her results!  The photos seen here just 5 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward and at the same level.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
