Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 812

This 55-year-old woman was unhappy with the size, lack of fullness and sagging appearance of her breasts.  She visited us here at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had Breast Augmentation surgery as well as Fat Grafting and a Breast Lift (Mastopexy).  The implants (350 gram silicone gel) gave her the desired size, the fat grafting helped with extra fullness, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She has had such a amazing result!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
