Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 835

This 36-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position along with to correcting their asymmetry. 

She had breast implant surgery as well as a breast lift (mastopexy) with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON.  Two different sized silicone gel implants (430 gram on the right; 325 gram on the left) were used to help correct her pre-operative asymmetry.  The implants were placed in a pocket above the muscle to give her the size she wanted and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position.

She is happy with her results and loves her new size!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward and at the same level.  Her scars have healed well and their redness will continue to fade nicely over time.
