Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 879

This 50-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance, lack of fullness and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

She is so happy with her results!

The silicone implants (375cc on the right and 350cc on the left to help correct pre-operative asymmetry) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here 3 months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The scarring on her breasts has healed nicely and the redness will continue to fade over time.
