Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 911

This 36-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance, small size, lack of fullness and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON, she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

The silicone implants (325cc on the right and 350cc on the left to compensate for her pre-operative asymmetry) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is so very happy with her results ... just look at her transformation!

The photos seen here just 3 short months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The scarring on her breasts has healed very nicely and the redness will continue to fade over time.
