Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 912

This 55-year-old woman was unhappy with the small size of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON, she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

The silicone implants (250cc on the right and 225cc on the left to compensate for her pre-operative asymmetry) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here just 3 short months after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The scarring on her breasts has healed very nicely and the redness will continue to fade over time.
