Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 128

This 43-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and lack of fullness in the upper poles of her breasts. 

She underwent a Composite Breast Augmentation (with fat grafting), using moderate projecting 330 gram smooth implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle and under the glandular plane.  She also had fat grafting to the upper poles by transferring fat from her abdomen and flanks to those areas to enhance the volume and effectively camouflage the imlants. 

The results seen here are just 4 short months after her surgery.  She is super happy with the size and fullness that she now has!
