Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 130

This 34-year-old woman was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wanted to have larger, fuller breasts. 

She had breast implant surgery using 375 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle as well as Fat Grafting.  The implants gave her the size and the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest and how her implants have begun to settle nicely into their pockets.
