Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 211

This healthy 32-year-old woman was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 385 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume in the medial and upper pole of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and thighs to both breasts.

The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller size she was searching for and she is very happy with her results.
