Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 232

This healthy 38-year-old mother was unhappy with the size of her breasts post-pregnancy and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 385 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.

The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger, fuller size she was looking for and she is very happy with her results.
