Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 365

This 35-year-old mother was unhappy with the size, lack of fullness and shape of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast augmentation surgery as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (470 gram silicone gel) gave her the desired size, the fat grafting helped with extra fullness, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The breast lift was completed with two different approaches to address her pre-operative asymmetry:  on the right side a periareolar approach (PA) was performed while on the left side a circumvertical approach (CV) was performed.

She is so happy with her results!  The photos seen here just 4 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
