Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 444

This active 33-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 275 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.

The results seen here after surgery show the improved, fuller look and size she was looking for and she is very happy!
