Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 560

This 39-year-old mother was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 190cc silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here were taken 4 months her after surgery and show the improved, fuller look and size she was looking for.
