Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 677

This 40-year-old woman was unhappy with the resulting sagging appearance of her breasts after her successful journey with weight loss and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast implant surgery using 350 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is very happy with her transformation!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The redness of her scarring will continue to fade nicely over time.
